3. Payments

Full payment is required before course access is provided. The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes or charges, will be displayed at checkout.

Price changes and future promotional offers do not affect completed purchases.

4. Digital Delivery

All courses are digital products. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

After successful payment, course access details are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is normally instant, although payment verification or technical issues may occasionally cause delays.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address. If your course email does not arrive, check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders or contact support.

5. Course Access

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the course for personal learning during the access period stated at purchase.

Keep your login details and access links confidential. Sharing, selling, renting, or transferring access to others is prohibited.

A compatible device, internet connection, and any software requirements disclosed on the course page are your responsibility.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

If course access has not yet been provided, you may request cancellation. If we confirm that access has not been provided, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

Once valid, working access has been provided, purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, except as required by applicable law.

After access is provided, a change of mind, accidental purchase, or choosing not to start or complete the course does not qualify for a refund.

Duplicate payments, non-delivery, unresolved access issues, or courses materially different from their advertised description will be reviewed under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
